Here's an easy Paper Rosette Pumpkin!
Take some orange cardstock and cut into seven 12" strips: one 1/2", two - 3/4", two - 7/8" and two 1" wide.
Score every 1/4" for the whole length of the strips. You can make your pumpkin as large as you want by making wider strips and layering more rosettes.
Accordion fold each strip.
Take the two ends and tape together.
Punch some 1" and 3/4" circles. Gather the accordion folded strip into a circle and glue a punched circle on the center of the wrong side to form the rosettes.
Layer the rosettes and glue together, starting from the bottom: 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1" , 7/8", 3/4" and 1/2" on top. I used a glue gun for this.
Roll a 1" x 1 1/2" strip of brown paper into a tube.Glue the end down to form the stem.
Punch some green leaves using the McGill Lily punch. Cut a thin strip and curl for the vine.
Stick the stem into the top and glue in place. Place the leaves around the stem and glue in place.
You could also make these red and turn this into an apple.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you're enjoying the 13 Days of Halloween!
