More than just Soda Crackers!

soda cracker photo

Do you like Diamond Bakery Soda Crackers? I do! How do you eat them? I like the unsalted ones with tuna spread on top.Yummm!

Okay, this is not about Soda Crackers. I just wanted to let you know that Diamond Bakery is having a contest to find a design for their two new delivery trucks! And guess what!? It could mean $2000 cash to the artist of the winning design! We're talking a LOT of crackers!
Ben Franklin Crafts is one of the co-sponsors of this contest because we LOVE supporting the artist in everyone. So, got you excited? Here's a  link to the contest info.

Start planning the design. The prizes are great but I think it's going to be super cool seeing that truck driving around with your design!

Thanks for stopping by today and have a GREAT weekend! (hmmm...think I want some Candy Bead cookies now!)

My OLW 2013

Hello, 2013! They say what you do on New Year's Day carries throughout the year. So, today I'm working but I'm also doing some creative thinking...

Have any of you ever did Ali Edwards' One Little Word? Basically, you choose a word that you want to incorporate in your life for the year. You document through journaling and photos how this word is a part of you and your life through the year. People choose all kinds of words for all kinds of reasons. I've always thought about it but I never truly chose a word. But this year is different and I was tossing between between Be and Do. I finally picked my word. My word is Be.

For me, Be is about personal mantras like Be Honest, Be Good...but it is also about things I want to try which will force me to Be something different. Be Adventurous, Be Curious!

BTW, you're thinking what's with the newspaper cat photo? Well, I need to BE thankful for what I receive, even unexpectedly. So, I need to finish this Maneki Neko cat that my older cousin surprised me with one day. He just showed up and decided that I would be the perfect person to give it to. He covered a huge water jug and shaped the paws and other features with old newspaper. It's about 2 feet high. If someone showed up with this for you, would you Be speechless, like I was? It was a very RAK.

So, if you're doing OLW in 2013, share your word, I'd love to know what it is.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope we all can Be more creative in 2013!
