Sara from Market City shows how to easily punch out a letter and use it for a card.

Aunty Kehau has the assistance of model Dean Anthony Ramos
Then, we welcome Aunty Kehau to the show to share with us what will be happening at this year's Relay for Life at Magic Island. The event is on Saturday, July 16 from 6pm to 12:01 am. This year's theme is Super Heroes and Aunty Kehau shows us how to make a simple and fun cape!

Lastly, I share one of my recent Make it Monday projects, the Gift Bag Card Attacher. It's a great way to show off your awesome handcrafted cards and a fun use of your scraps, too! We even have a project sheet.

Next, we have the crew from the Hawaii State Library System tell us what is in store for this year's Summer reading program. The theme is everyday Heroes and Super Heroes!

This Super Heroe craft kit is one of the incentive prizes keiki can get for reading a book every week! HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts and Ace Hardware stores across the state will be visiting the different libraries, sharing Hardware Science and crafts!

Another event we participate in during the summer is Relay for Life. On Oahu, we'll be at the Magic Island relay which will be on Saturday, July 18. This year, it's only six hours long from 6pm to Midnight. Hope to see you there!

We will be helping people with the Luminaria, which is what Erwin Saenz from the American Cancer Society made on the show.
